Head Of Technical Services

James works in our Senior Leadership Team and has been with the business since March 2021. The constant challenge and the evolving security landscape which requires constant learning is what keeps James on his toes and is why he enjoys working in Cyber Security. No two customers or environments are the same, so the more informed he is, the better service he can provide our customers. A day in the life of James at SEP2 involves having conversations with customers, both current and potential, to discuss upcoming and ongoing projects. James also spends time working between the Presales and Engineering teams to ensure our customers are getting the best experience. In his free time, James thoroughly enjoys weightlifting, which has led him to convert his garage into a home gym!

Central Response Team Manager

Kieron has been with SEP2 since 2019 and works in our support team.

For Kieron, there is no typical day at SEP2, for one day he can be working through open tickets, another day you could be working on a priority case for the duration of the day, and another day you could be working on an ongoing project, but what Kieron enjoys is that the mix of challenges keeps the role fresh and interesting.

Kieron likes that within the support team everybody works well together, and shares knowledge between every level and are constantly being encouraged to learn.

In his spare time, Kieron’s current favourite hobby is working on his allotment, which gives him a nice change of scenery and a break from technology.
