SEP2 Full Customer Survey Results
SEP2 are a Tech Driven, People Powered Cyber Security Specialist company; as part of our strive to continually improve, we carry out an annual customer survey. This year’s survey, carried out in July 2021, was sent out to our entire customer base so that we could get a holistic understanding of how we are doing.
We use these results to inform a quality improvement plan, to ensure that our customers get even better support and value for money.
We are delighted to publish the full results from our annual customer survey. All questions we marked out of five. From this score we have derived an overall percentage. Here are the results:
We are delighted with these results, which we think support our Core Message of “Tech Driven, People Powered” perfectly. Whilst we will never stop our aim of improvement, we think that these results testify to the brilliant team we have at SEP2.

*Net Promoter Score is an industry-wide metric used to measure the loyalty of a customer to a company. Results are on a scale from-100 to +100 and are given the following signifiers:
-100 – 0 Needs Improvement
0 – 30 Good
30 – 70 Great
70 – 100 Excellent
