Siemplify’s CEO, Amos Stern, recently announced that Siemplify has been acquired by Google, and will be joining forces with Google Cloud. From when Siemplify started in 2015, it has made a great impact on the industry, security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) as a category did not yet exist, with Siemplify’s platform now being trusted by some of the world’s leading security teams, including Fortune 500 companies and world-class MSSPs.
Siemplify’s platform seamlessly brings together security orchestration, automation and response without the need to pay for and stitch together a number of different programmes. Gartner has rated Siemplify the #1 rated SOAR platform, as it is geared with years of expertise tackling the broadest of SecOps needs.
Google Cloud and Siemplify have a shared belief that security analysts need to be able to solve more incidents with greater complexity while requiring less effort and less specialised knowledge, and pledge to change the rules on how organisations hunt, detect and respond to threats.
As well as Google’s resources, expertise, and commitment to cybersecurity, including a pledge to invest $10 billion in cybersecurity over the next five years, Siemplify stated, “We have found a remarkable partner in Google Cloud. A partner that truly shares our mission, vision, values, and culture. We could not be more excited to join forces with Google Cloud to drive innovation and help many more security teams take their operations to a whole new level.”
